Crescent Lane Renovation

Our client purchased a single family duplex in need of an update. After addressing structural issues the living room was redesigned to include a new powder room and laundry area, all concealed by a sliding bookcase along salvaged barn track. Working within a tight budget the kitchen was upgraded to include new work and storage areas, a hanging bar top, bench seat with drawer storage, and desk. All new cabinetry was fabricated from recently salvaged Douglas Fir taken from an early 20th century barn.
