Wiser Barn Renovation

Material Design + Build provided carpentry and project management for the renovation of this late 19th century barn. The project required extensive structural work including lifting the entire structure to construct a new foundation. The renovation provided the opportunity to add more windows, doors, a ramp from grade to the threshing floor, and a back porch and deck. Later we added an expansive bar on the front floor and a variety of high bars and counters for entertaining throughout the building.
